French villagers help African migrants

November 8, 2016 - Breil-sur-Roya, France: Cedric Herrou, a 37-year-old farmer, with a migrant (L) he houses on his farm and an activist (R). Cedric is one of the 120 inhabitants of the village Breil-sur-Roya in the Roya valley, in the Alps on the French Italian border, who formed a network to help migrants who walked into the valley from Ventimiglia, Italy, with shelter, food and transportation.
