Writer Maryse Wolinski (1943, Algiers), sitting on her bed in the bedroom of her Paris apartment, shows a drawing from 1971 made by her husband Georges Wolinski (1934-2015), a French artist who often portrayed her. After the Islamist terrorist attack on Charlie Hebdo and his death, two month earlier, Maryse Wolinski deals with loss. The cartoonist Georges Wolinski was 80 years old when he was murdered by 2 jihadists, he was one of the 12 victims of the massacre in the Charlie Hebdo offices on January 7, 2015 in Paris, after publishing caricatures of Mohammed, considered blasphemous by some Muslims.
